These terms cover your use of TeamMath. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

TeamMath lets an organization describe its team and its roadmap and compares the capacity of one against the demand of the other. Features may change as the product develops.

Projections, not promises

Every figure TeamMath shows — capacity, shortfalls, verdicts — is arithmetic on the estimates you enter. It is a planning aid. Decisions about staffing, hiring, deadlines and commitments remain yours, and TeamMath is not liable for outcomes that follow from them.

Your account and your organization

• Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Admins control membership and roles for their organization and are responsible for who they invite.
• Your organization must have the right to enter the data it puts into TeamMath, including data about people on its roster.

Your data

The plan data your organization enters remains yours. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

• Don't try to access data belonging to another organization.
• Don't interfere with, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don't use TeamMath for anything unlawful.

Availability

We aim to keep TeamMath available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Access may be suspended for accounts that break these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; continuing to use TeamMath after a change means you accept the updated terms.
