TeamMath is a planning tool. It holds the minimum needed to compare a team's capacity with a roadmap's demand, and nothing is sold, shared for advertising, or used to profile anyone.
What we store
- Your account — your name, email address and sign-in method, held by our identity provider so you can sign in with an email code or Google.
- Your membership — which organization you belong to, your email, and your role (admin, planner or viewer).
- The plan your organization enters — people on the roster (name, optional email, team, employment type, FTE over time, disciplines, focus splits, optional start and end dates and cost rate), projects and their demand, and the organization's calendar and planning coefficients.
- Error reports — when a page crashes, a technical report of the error. These are configured not to include personal data about the person who hit the error.
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers. The only cookies set are the ones needed to keep you signed in.
Roster data about other people
The people on a roster usually don't have a TeamMath account themselves. Your organization decides what to enter about them and is responsible for having a basis to do so. TeamMath only uses that data to compute capacity for your organization and never shows it to anyone outside it.
Who processes it
- Clerk — account sign-in and session management.
- Neon — the PostgreSQL database that holds organization data.
- Vercel — hosting of the application.
- Sentry — error reports, without user-identifying data.
Access within your organization
Every page and every change is checked against your membership on the server. Data is scoped to one organization; members of another organization cannot read it. Admins manage who is a member and in which role.
Retention and deletion
Plan data is kept for as long as your organization uses TeamMath. Archived people and removed projects can be deleted by your organization's admins. To have your account or your organization's data removed entirely, contact the administrator of your TeamMath organization or the operator of this service.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete personal data about you, and to object to its processing. Requests about roster data go to the organization that entered it; requests about your account can be made through the operator of this service.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it, and significant changes will be announced in the app.
